What are the qualities of a good retailer?


 The following are the qualities of a good retailer
•He should be pleasant (courteous/polite) in dealing with his customers.
•He should be able to forecast the variation of demand of his customers with regards to quality, quantity, price, brand, package, taste and fashion etc.
•He should be able to control employees and movement of his stocks.
•He should be a good buyer. He is to know what to buy, where to buy, what qualities, when to buy and what to price. All these determine the profit expected.
•He should be honest to his customers
•He should cooperate with his suppliers. This would ensure regular supplies.
