Understand and pay attention when Dialog Box appears on your Computer

Dialog Box is a window which displays when a computer needs more information from the user. requests the user to confirm or select the action to be performed.
The followings are some cases where you will be required to respond on the request raised in the dialog box.
1. Deleting file in a computer - in this case, you will be required to confirm as to whether you are sure of the decision you are about to make. if you are sure you want to delete file/document, then you are expected to click YES but you are expected to click NO if you do not want to delete it. See an example below.



2. Making changes to various computer settings is also a common case where dialog box displays requesting various information on making changes to existing changes. see an example below


It is important to re-think before you respond to the information requested as per the dialog box. It is easy to loose/delete information that are more useful without paying much attention to the message contained in the dialog box (see an example of the dialog box below)
